Understanding Yourself. Exploring What Matters.
I believe that each person must ultimately find their own way through life's struggles, uncertainties, and possibilities. While no therapist can carry the burdens of another person's existence, we do not have to navigate those experiences entirely alone.
My role is to offer a thoughtful, supportive, and authentic presence as we explore the experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns that shape your inner world. Drawing from existential, psychodynamic, and Jungian perspectives, I approach therapy as an opportunity to examine not only the difficulties you are experiencing, but also the deeper questions of identity, meaning, and authenticity that may lie beneath them.
At the heart of my work is a respect for the ongoing process of individuation—the gradual discovery and integration of the many dimensions of who we are. Rather than directing you toward a predetermined version of yourself, I hope to create a therapeutic relationship in which greater self-understanding, psychological integration, and new possibilities for living can emerge.
What Working Together Looks Like
Psychotherapy begins with a conversation about what brings you here, but our work need not be limited to the concerns that first prompted you to seek help. As we develop a therapeutic relationship, we may explore your personal history, important relationships, recurring emotional patterns, dreams, and the questions or conflicts that arise in your everyday life.
I approach these conversations with curiosity rather than predetermined answers. Sometimes our work may involve recognizing connections that have previously gone unnoticed; at other times, it may mean sitting with uncertainty, confronting difficult truths, or considering possibilities that have not yet taken shape.
There is no single path that psychotherapy must follow. My hope is that our work together offers a space where you can speak openly, encounter yourself more fully, and develop a deeper understanding of how you want to live.

Grief & Loss

Develop a deeper understanding of who you are, how you've been shaped by your experiences, and the parts of yourself that may be waiting for greater recognition and expression.
Identity & Personal Growth

Examine the expectations, relationships, emotional experiences, and questions of identity that can shape men's lives, including the tension between who you feel expected to be and who you are.
Therapy for Men

Life Transitions & Aging
Beginning Psychotherapy
Beginning psychotherapy can feel like stepping into unfamiliar territory. You may have a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy, or you may simply sense that something in your life deserves greater attention. Whatever your reasons, I believe the decision to begin is a meaningful one. My role is not to prescribe a particular path or determine who you should become, but to offer a thoughtful, supportive presence as we explore your experiences, relationships, and inner world together. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, confronting longstanding patterns, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I welcome the opportunity to accompany you in that exploration.
